Microdrills

The Microdrills of MPK Kemmer GmbH PCB Tools are manufactured within a diameter range of 0,03 – 0,10 millimeter.  Therefore we are using only top quality tungsten carbide micro-grain carbides from world leading carbide manufacturers using the most modern manufacturing processes. These extremely wear resistant tungsten carbide drills, in smallest diameter ranges, have been developed especially for high quality PCB materials.

The flutes of our ultra-microdrill with a nominal diameter of 0,03 millimeter – one of the smallest drills in the world – is as a fine as a feeler of a plant louse.
